On FMLA/STD from Amazon Focus, found a new job. Need advice on H1B transfer timelines and paystubs.

I have been with Amazon for 5.6 years. Recently, I was placed on a Focus. under highly aggressive management for a project failure I wasn't directly responsible for. Due to the intense stress and deteriorating mental health, I took approved FMLA/Short-Term Disability (STD).
I currently have 1 month of leave remaining. I am absolutely not planning on returning to Amazon long-term; the culture is a bad fit for me.
During my leave, I secured a job offer from a new company. They are starting my H1B transfer, which is expected to take about 1.5 months (meaning it will wrap up about 2 weeks after my current FMLA leave expires).
I have two major dilemmas:

Note : I didn’t informed the new company about Focus/ FMLA/ STD

The Gap / Timing: Because the H1B transfer will take 1.5 months and I only have 1 month of FMLA left, what is the best strategy? Should I return to Amazon when my leave ends, coast/wait out the PIP/Pivot process to bridge that 2-week gap, or resign directly?

Paystub Issue for H1B Transfer: The new company’s immigration lawyers will likely ask for my last 2–3 months of paystubs to prove maintenance of status. I have them, but they explicitly show Short-Term Disability (STD) payments rather than regular regular salary.
