probably soft hypertrophic scar – can it fade?

Hi , please

i have new scar, probably very soft hypertrophic scar (old around 5-6 month).

From retinol burn or acne (I don't know exactly.).
It is so soft, and I am not sure if it is hypertrophic scar, but in some light it looks a bit raised

Do you know if this is a hypertrophic scar?

And can fade and heal, when is very soft?
