Planning to rent a condo for only 6 months kasi gusto ko lang ma-try mag solo-living and maging independent. For context, I'm 25 and ever since I graduated from college, I work from home.

Now, I'm having doubts kasi iiwanan ko family ko and I will be in better living conditions without them. Na-anxious din ako na baka bigla akong mawalan ng work although my savings naman ako. Nanghihinayang rin ako sa money na ma sa-save ko kung hindi ako mag move out. Ahhh hindi ko na alam, help me decide pls.

Hi! Planning to move in Mandaluyong and rent a condo. Budget is 13-16k. Bare unit or semi-furnished. Good wifi (non-nego) for WFH. Prefer ko po sana may balcony and walking distance to MRT and grocery since I plan to cook my meals.

May mare-recommend po ba kayong condo within my budget? I've been eyeing on SMDC Fame, Avida Verge, Gateway Regency Studio, Pines Peak, and Harbour Park Residences.
