Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed / 2 bath townhouse.
Rent is $513/month plus split utilities (water/sewage, electricity, WiFi, etc.). We can discuss what utilities typically cost monthly.
About the space:
*Two-story townhouse
*Bedrooms are upstairs
*One bathroom upstairs and one downstairs
*Shared kitchen and living room
*You’d have your own bedroom and access to a bathroom (I currently use the upstairs bathroom, but I’m open to discussing preferences)
A few important things:
*I have four dogs, so you must genuinely be comfortable living with animals
*I’m looking for someone considerate and willing to clean up after themselves
*I value open conversations about household expectations and agreements so we can both feel comfortable living together
*I’m trans, so I need someone who is affirming, respectful, and comfortable around trans people
*I would need proof of income and someone who can show stable employment
