I'm a indie developer and I built this because I kept running into the same frustration: transferring photos from iPhone to Windows and getting stuck with HEIC files that nothing could open properly.

Most online converters make you upload one file at a time, and the desktop tools I found were either paid, bloated, or just ugly. So I built my own.

What it does:

• Batch convert hundreds of HEIC files at once (JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP)
• Adjust JPG output quality with a real-time slider
• Choose what happens to original files after conversion (keep, delete, or move)
• Auto-resolve file naming conflicts
• Clean progress tracking so you know exactly what succeeded or failed
