My wife and I are buying our first apartment soon and we've been talking about how we'd like to setup the internet. Both of us are not very technical but we'd love to have a setup where there is WIFI in the house, but its not fast enough to watch video's on. For example, the bandwidth should be low enough not to watch instagram or youtube. But high enough, to allow for messaging and emails.

One of the rooms we would like LAN cable where you can acces the full high speed internet.

We were wondering if a setup like this is possible? Any advice would be very welcome:)
