Outdoor bed cover
Recently purchased a 2026 SV dark armor 5ft bed. For the foreseeable future it will live its entire life outside as I have no room in my garage. I live in the Midwest and as this is my first truck I am unsure of the best option. I've been looking at flat bed covers and have no idea which would be best for long term outside protection. I understand you get what you pay for but is going ham with the $1400 BAKflip the best or would a lower price point roll up provide the same protection. They all seem to mount the same way more or less. The inability to use most of my truck bed isn't a deal breaker but given it's only a 5ft bed I would like the most I can get. Generally groceries and some fishing gear will be in the bed but knowing my wife she already has plans to fill the bed with projects.
Tldr: want a truck bed cover that keeps out the weather for years and allows fullish access to bed.
