Hardware monitoring

Basically called MSI customer support & logged a ticket to ask whether the above hardware monitoring information is future-stable for my laptop (MSI Katana I7 HX B14WGK). They confirmed with me the CPU is safe to go up to 95-100 degrees, and afterwards it will throttle itself to prevent any damage. Would love to get any second opinions & recommendations here.
FYI - balanced power plan

EDIT - This is with playing minimal shaders minecraft - on other games such as league or genshin, CPU tends to go between 90-95 and GPU stays stable between 50-60

Cooling Pad MSI Katana I7 HX B14WGK

Pretty much title - any good recommendations for cooling pads for the MSI Katana I7 HX B14WGK?

CPU keeps running 90+ degrees celcius on balanced User Scenario while playing league/genshin/runescape/minecraft. Already had to RPA this laptop to get repaired cause of broken modules 2.5 months after purchasing, so trying to prevent this from happening again.
