Hunger Pangs are rough..

New to this subreddit and Intermittent Fasting overall. Started 2 weeks ago. Prioritizing lean protein, whole grains, and greens mostly. But lord the hunger in the morning time has been BRUTAL! I'm doing a 16:8 plan (like most) and am getting a ton of cardio in weekly (running 3 times a week).

I have been trying to drink water to break up the hunger pangs in the morning time and it worked to a degree but now not so much? I have just over an hour left as of writing this until I can eat and it can't come soon enough. Does this get easier?

Side note: I miss having morning coffee.. I know I can drink it black but I'm really prone to using cream & sugar so I've been avoiding it all together. Will see about making the switch gradually though.

Figured I'd make a small little map for when inside the diving bell at the Stygian Docks (Hex H4). Feel free to use :)
