Does anyone know if difficulty effects drop rates?
Sometimes I beat normal challenges and get s rank stuff, while hard I get d rank (I know it's just the odds, but I haven't noticed a difference yet). Do we know if the odds of good stuff actually increase at higher difficulties or not?
