Emergency request approved but unable to schedule (India)
I have H1B emergency request approved in India since Friday but I am unable to reschedule the appointment. I do not see the ‘reschedule’ or ‘schedule emergency appointment’ button when I log into the portal. See screenshot. I have contacted tech support email provided twice and get the same response that I should see that option when I log in. Anyone else faced this issue and has any suggestions?
