We are graduating BSA students conducting research entitled "𝑹𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝑩𝒆𝒕𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒄𝒆𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒅 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑹𝒆-𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑭𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑹𝒆-𝑬𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒚 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝑨𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑭𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒐 𝑨𝒄𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒔" as a course requirement.

As undergraduates, ang laging advice sa'min ay mag auditing daw muna para 'pag lumipat sa ibang company ay 3x na yung sweldo and mas mataas na position. Pero this same logic is the reason bakit lulubog na ang auditing firms sa PH. As future auditors, this fact led us to pursue this risky but very relevant topic for our undergrad thesis.

This study examines the factors influencing former auditors' intentions to return/re-enter the external auditing profession. We invite your participation through the following brief survey, provided you meet these criteria:

1. Have worked previously in External Auditing
2. Are currently working outside of the External Auditing Industry
