Am I Missing Something?
I saw this on Instagram. I won’t say the account name to not dox, but the awards don’t make sense at all to me. Apparently this gentleman here was a Hmong soldier for the CIA during their operations in Laos. I want to say he was actually involved but the awards just don’t make sense at all. Anyone have context as to why the awards might be like this?
