First timer in bpo world
Hello pa help po! I've done two job interviews from two different bpo companies this month and both of em failed. I have no job experience and from what I've noticed kay maong wala ko nila gina-tanggap kay during interview there's a problem with my communication skills specially verbal.
And since communicating is such a big thing in bpo, I wanna improve my wrongs. Permente nko ma-encounter kay the dead air and pauses in betweens, and the way I expound my answers makulangan sila and d mn jud mawala ang anxiety. Ok naman sila with my articulation and the way I deliver my speech mao rajud nay need iimprove para mabetter akong communication skills.
And this is also so irony especially I'm an AB communications student, tho Incoming 2nd year pa ako. I wanna seek advice and insights from someone who's experienced and someone who's been in my shoes that is all TYIA sa makatubag!!!
