Observation

I’ve been using steroid inhalers regularly since September last year because of heavy cigarette-smoke exposure. I didn’t rinse/gargle after using them because I thought swallowing the small amount of residue wouldn’t matter.

Over time, I noticed significantly weaker erections and complete loss of morning erections. About 7–10 days ago, I started rinsing/gargling properly after every dose, and I’ve noticed morning erections returning.

I’m not claiming this proves the inhaler caused it, but it made me wonder whether swallowing residual inhaled corticosteroid could have systemic effects. Has anyone experienced something similar?

I m in confusion,advice

My parents separated when I was in first or second grade, and since then I've been living with my mother. I don't have any contact with my father. When people ask about him, I usually tell them that my parents are separated. However, in India, divorce or separation is still uncommon enough that people often ask follow-up questions like, "Are you still in touch with him?", "Why don't you talk to him?", or other personal questions.

I don't feel comfortable answering these questions, and I don't want to entertain them. If it's a close friend, I can set boundaries or tell them I'd rather not discuss it. But I'm not sure how to handle such questions from seniors, colleagues, my boss, or even some relatives. Should I make an excuse, or is there a better way to deal with these situations? I'd really appreciate your advice.

To avoid this hassle i sometimes say he is dead

Homeopathy experience

I want to share my personal experience with homeopathy so others can make informed decisions.

Initially, I visited a homeopathic doctor for my respiratory symptoms. He prescribed sugary tablets and a mixture of several homeopathic medicines, including Aspidosperma and a few others, which I had to take three times a day.

After starting the medicines, I developed severe skin eczema. I went back to the same doctor for treatment, but the condition did not improve with his medicines. Eventually, I had to consult an allopathic doctor, and only then did the eczema get treated properly.

Interestingly, once the eczema reduced, my respiratory symptoms also improved significantly. However, despite the doctor’s assurance that my condition would be cured completely, it never actually got cured. I still had to use an inhaler once or twice a month.

Later, I switched to another homeopathic doctor. He gave me a so-called “patented immunity booster” mixed with honey, along with some drops and tablets. After taking those medicines, I started experiencing allergic rhinitis symptoms — constant sneezing, runny nose, and nasal irritation. Despite repeated treatment attempts, my condition did not improve.

From my experience, I felt there was very little risk management or accountability in these treatments. When complications or side effects occurred, I eventually had to rely on allopathic medicine for proper treatment and relief.

This is just my personal experience, but I genuinely suffered a lot during this process. I would advise people to be cautious, do proper research, and not assume that “natural” automatically means safe or side-effect free.

Thank you.

Tldr , homeopathy worsened my symptoms drastically . Didn't take responsibility and don't have any risk management ine side effects management
