Zero Stars for Customer Service.

Plan to keep the shoes because to get a refund and return them is impossible. I reached out 2 weeks after getting them. They offered all kinds of deals but not a full refund, until the 30 day limit had expired and now I am stuck. Have done a dispute with my credit card company and the BBB.
