Issue when I click "Alt" key alone while using Microsoft Word and excel
I have an issue when I click "Alt" key alone while using Microsoft Word and excel. The "macros" dialog box open when I only press "Alt". I don't know how to solve this issue.
I tried few steps to resolve my issue but none of these work:
- - Reset Word/Excel settings
- - I change my keyboard
- - I Check for conflicting add-ins: Sometimes, third-party add-ins can cause unexpected behavior.
- - The issue does occur in Safe Mode
- - The last thing I did was I reinstall my microsoft office.
Can you suggest how to solve this issue? Do you think reformatting my laptop will solve this issue?
