Hi guys, I have received an offer from SMU. With regards to the offer acceptance, as long as I accept the offer before the first window deadline which is 25 May 2026, that means that I have secured my offer right? Because SMU acceptance guide states that the acceptance status will take 2 working days to be indicated on the SMU applicant portal. So as long as I accept the offer before 25 May 2026 but the acceptance status changes only after 25 May 2026, it does not matter right?

Fyi, I am an international student from local poly and I applied to ntu, but have yet to receive any updates at all. So I am rly worried since it is approaching the deadline of the first window.

I applied to ntu mathematical sciences this year with 3.70 final sem cgpa but have yet to hear anything from NTU? Is this normal since it is currently approaching may? Or SPMS usually takes very long to process the applications of poly applicants?
