Yesterday I was attempting to pirate a game, but ended up downloading and running that program with the anime girl. I got a windows defender warning so I closed the program midway, deleted it, and installed Malwarebytes. Malwarebytes came back clean, so I just went on with my day. Today, I woke up to my discord hacked and sending out Mr. Beast crypto images, as well as emails marked as spam for login attempts to my Steam, EA, and Ubisoft accounts. These are accounts that I'm not even logged into so I'm concerned they have all my passwords. I've started changing passowords but wondering if that's the right step, considering I don't know if my computer is still compromised. Any help greatly appreciated, thank you!
