I started my company last year and I'm stuck. Need some external feedback

So I started a project last year called Roampads.
I quit my job to be focus full time on this project.

It's a platform that identifies listing with dedicated workspaces, verified wifi and ergonomic chairs.
The target are the digital nomads because they would be more interested in booking places with a proper work setup and are way more dependent on a reliable internet connection.

So I'm starting to get traffic coming from digital nomads but I don't have enough supply.
what I did first was to scrape all the listing matching our criteria.

But after having nomads sending inquiries, I contacted the Host but they were not really comfortable with working with a third party or another platform other that Airbnb or Booking.

So we pivoted, I contacted hosts around Asia to partner with us, I only take 10% commissions compared to 15,5% with Airbnb and 18 with Booking.
The platform hasn't been created to replace Airbnb or Booking, the goal is to increase their occupancy rates with Digital nomads who usually book for mid-term/ long term.

The thing is, all the host that partnered up with up are mostly living in Asia but are actually Europeans, americans...
But when I speak to local Asian host (I'm vietnamiese myself lol), I feel like the mindset is more about working hard and sticking to what already works, rather than trying new business opportunities or trying to optimize.

I'm gonna start pushing Ads on Tiktok with content, Instagram etc...
Send mass emails, send mass Whatsapp to host but honestly I think my head is getting blurred, So I can think about anything else lol

If you have other ideas, I'd love to hear them
