Quarry tile?
Went to remove lino in kitchen to change and greeted with this. Tested top vinyl tile for asbestos which is negative. How to deal with this? Can I screed under cupboards and fit floor on top or is this going to cause massive damp issues? Is liquid damp epoxy on top of the current screed a good option or does that need to come up? I'm thinking there might be asbestos tile/bitumen underneath the screed but obviously havent checked yet
