Order hasn’t moved since February

I understand they’ve been “backed up”. Tried messaging their AI assistant numerous times and they are absolutely zero help. Any ideas on when I should be expecting to get this back? I’ve gotten a PSA order back already that I submitted 2 weeks after this one. Definitely won’t be using Tag again.
