RN-Led Hospice/Home Health Documentation Support for WellSky Users

RN-Led Hospice/Home Health Documentation Support for WellSky Users

Hi everyone!

I wanted to put this out there because I know how exhausting home health and hospice charting can get, especially after long days of visits and then having to spend your evenings catching up on documentation.

I’m starting to offer home health/hospice scribing & documentation support services for clinicians currently using WellSky Kinnser.

I work closely with HH and hospice documentation and have a strong focus on compliance-based charting, audit-conscious documentation, and Joint Commission standards. I know how important it is for notes to not only sound good clinically, but also properly support skilled need, reimbursement, QA review, and overall compliance.

I know there are a lot of AI scribe platforms out there now, and while they can definitely help with transcription, I’ve noticed they still often miss:

• clinical flow

• compliance wording

• skilled justification

• home health/hospice terminology

• QA expectations

• the overall “human” side of charting

What I’m hoping to offer is a little different:
Human-reviewed documentation
Familiarity with Home Health & Hospice workflows
Strong compliance-focused charting practices
Understanding of Joint Commission expectations and QA standards
Cleaner, more natural-sounding notes
Help reducing after-hours charting burnout

Right now I’m mainly working with WellSky Kinnser, but hoping to expand into other EHR platforms in the future as I grow.

I currently offer both per-chart pricing and monthly subscription-style packages depending on your chart volume and needs.

Approximate per-chart pricing:
- Routine SN/PT/OT visits — starting at $10/chart
- Recerts/Evaluations & more detailed skilled notes (PICC, TPN, feeding tube, wound vac, complex wound care, etc.) — starting at $15/chart
- OASIS/SOC/ROC/Discharge charting — approximately $20–30 depending on complexity and documentation load

Monthly subscription-style pricing is also available for clinicians with consistent chart volume.

I understand the pricing may seem a little higher compared to some AI platforms, but the goal is to completely relieve you of the burden of charting after work while still maintaining documentation quality, compliance, and clinical accuracy.

Once documentation is completed, you will still be able to review everything prior to submission for accuracy and comfort.

As a fellow Home Health & Hospice RN, I also take PHI and HIPAA extremely seriously and strictly follow confidentiality and compliance guidelines.

The reason many clinicians find this worth it is because it can help:
save hours of after-work charting time
reduce burnout and charting fatigue
reduce QA corrections and back-and-forth
improve documentation consistency
allow more focus on patient care and personal time

I’m also completely open to trial runs first so you can see if my workflow is actually helpful before committing to anything long term.

Feel free to message me if interested, have questions, or even just want to connect. I’m still growing and learning, and I’d truly appreciate the opportunity to help fellow clinicians spend a little less time charting and a little more time resting.
