I genuntly want to know how do you get this

I have 53k trophies and my friend has 64k trophies, we are both germans, we want a third teammate to push trophies and rank, im in mythic one and he is in mythic tree

This is my account i want to play with someone to push trophies and to push rank i just want to have fun and i don't want to play with someone toxic i'm section for someone that's about my skill range or a bit higher and wen i play i whant someone that can voice call with me
