I have got e.coli infection in urine culture however I dont have much symptoms like fever/chills, urgency to uriniate, however there is slight burn sometimes and not always, I have been treated previously for gram positive bacteria with nitrofurinotin for 5 days at that time I had symptoms like burning but no fever, have scheduled doctor appointment today, do you think it should be treated when there are no symptoms but still bacteria is present in urine?
