I run a sole establishment freezone company since a few years.
I have an apartment I rent cause I spend most of the year in the UAE, but from next year I would really like to start travelling more and find a way to stay in the country for no more than a couple of months max.
Problem is my corp bank is running kyc checks every year and one of the requirements is to provide a valid tenancy contract for the general manager of the company.
Is there any solution that wouldn’t involve having to rent an apartment I won’t be using for most of the year?
