What could be causing this strange student behavior and how would you handle it if it continues?
I've had this corporate student for nearly two years now, and I'm puzzled by her behavior when it comes to booking lessons. She's scheduled 18 classes with me in total now and has shown up to maybe half of them. The spacing of her classes is also strange. She started by booking the first few classes in September and October of 2024, disappeared without reading my messages, and randomly booked two classes at the end of July 2025 without showing up.
Then, she booked a few more classes in October and November 2025, and actually did show up for these ones, except for the last two. Since she had a recurring timeslot, I followed protocol by contacting customer support to get it removed.
Then this past week, she randomly booked 3 individual classes and hasn't shown up to any of them, and hasn't even seen my messages.
What could be causing this erratic behavior, and what do you think I should do if it continues?
