This is the 42.8mm version. I was very worried it would be too big for my wrist (which is probably 16.5cm but flat). I watched the Tim Mosso reviews on endless loop and was spooked by the fact that he bought the 40mm for himself but I am glad I went with the bigger size. In addition to being much cheaper (second hand) it has a great feel on the wrist. Love it.
