Just an Eva Meme.
A small video I made using a semi-memed song, I made it because on top of the "converse with dress" line, I always head canoned Eva to be Aro Ace.

So given that project's plug has been pulled, and the kill order has been leaked and confirmed, I thought it would fun to head canon a "what-if" scenario where trial had a scrum debate, I will provide the context for each Chapter and also a list of character who was on each side.
DISCLAIMER: This is purely for fun. The ideas for the scrum debates from Chapter 2 onwards are just ideas that I have gotten from story leaks that were confirmed to be real and me filling in potential blanks. Do not consider what I have written below as anything factual or canon, I am not writer, just a fan who is lamenting what could have been.
Chapter 1: Vote for Diana?
Context: This one was the easiest to do since this was the only class trial that saw the light of day. To summarize, the class has already figured out that Diana was in the boiler room at the time of Wolfgang's death which makes her the most likely suspect. Damon and some other students point out the nature of the death (the flipped door knob, Diana's account of Wolfgang's behavior, etc.) is strange, and don't feel comfortable voting with some mysteries left to solve. Others don't feel that way and feel that they should move on with the vote, thus leading to the Scrum Debate.
"Yes, Vote Now!"
"No, Hold On!"
Chapter 2: Did Wenona Know the Bread was Poisoned?
Context: It has already been proven at this point in the trial that Ulysses died via poisoning from a loaf of bread that was confiscated from students hoarding it. However seeing that Wenona was the one who confiscated the bread, ergo the last person to have had access to the bread before Ulysses ate the poisoned loaf, that made her a prime suspect. Wenona retorts saying that she didn't poison the bread, but other students point out that if she knew the bread was poisoned before giving the loaf to Ulysses, then that would make her just as guilty as the one who actually poisoned the bread. And since Wenona up to this point in the chapter has shown herself for being an opportunist who is willing to capitalize off the downfall of other, some students are willing to believe that she killed her roommate. This would trigger a Scrum Debate.
"Yes, she did!"
"No, she did not!"
Chapter 3: Could Someone else have Killed Kai?
Context: At this point in the trial, Damon and the other surviving students have arrived to the conclusion that Toshiko had accidentally opened a trapped door that Kai fell through and fatally injured himself. The class, including Toshiko, believe that Toshiko is the culprit and they plan to move on to the vote. Damon however objects at the last moment as he remembers that Kai was still alive after he fell through the trap door, since he could hear Kai's voice. He proposes the possibility that someone could have come across the dying and vulnerable Kai, and used that as an opportunity to finish him off and use the accident to frame Toshiko. And until that possibility is ruled out, he doesn't feel comfortable labeling Toshiko the culprit. There is some pushback from other students, including Toshiko, since the likelihood is low, leading to a Scrum Debate.
"There is no one else!"
"There could have been someone else!"
Chapter 4: Could Mark have Killed Ingrid?
Context: The class was at a loss of who could have rigged an explosion to kill Ingrid, it was only after process of elimination through alibis and evidence that Damon came to realization that the only possible culprit was Mark. Most of the student's especially Jett is taken aback by this accusation and quickly jump to Mark's defense, I specifically am head canon-ing Mark as being mute throughout the Class Trial because of what he did. Other students, however are willing to trust Damon's judgement which would lead to a Scrum Debate.
"It's impossible!"
"It's possible!"
Chapter 5: Did Desmond Kill Himself?
Context: Desmond, like Nagito before him, conspired his death to be triggered by a specific person unknowingly, therefore it would be impossible for the other students to figure out who killed him, and Eloise would be able to survive the Killing Game. However fairly early into the trial of his death, the seemingly impossible nature of his murder made a lot of the student want to just write off his death as a suicide. Eloise on the other hand, knowing Desmond better than the other students, knows that Desmond wouldn't just choose to end his own life. Damon, for some reason or another, chooses to believe her and would state that there are too many questions left to answer before they can label his death a suicide, thus starting the last Scrum Debate.
"He killed himself!"
"He was murdered!"
Thank you, everyone who made it to the end of this post. And I hope you enjoyed the ideas rattling around my autistic little brain.
