Beginner friendly workout routine to improve physique?
If this was your body what would you do to improve? I go to the gym a couple times a week as a hobby and right now i do the stairmaster for 30-40 mins, plus some random lower
body machines whenever i feel like it. Such as hip abductor & adductor, leg press, leg extensions, + dumbbell squats. I feel like i have a lot of potential and if anyone has any advice for taking it to the next level id appreciate it 😁
