Hi, is this a timing chain cover gasket coolant leak?

2008 Jeep Wrangler X ; 3.8L V6 ; 184K miles ; automatic

Driving experience: i smell a leak while i drive with windows down. temp stays right down the middle. There are no signs of a leak below the vehicle in the morning.
No check engine codes

Is this easy to fix on a nyc street? Im decent with a wrench.
