Role: Customer Success Manager
Location: Remote
Availability: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET.
Compensation: $25/hour
Status: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Experience Level: Entry Level - Intermediate (Complete training and work equipment provided)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Provide clear, friendly explanations of our platform features and processes to customers
• Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and identify needs
• Gather customer feedback to improve our services
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding, support, and escalations
• Track and report on customer success metrics and KPIs
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent written and spoken English
• High level of discretion
• Strong customer service mindset (Genuinely cares about helping people)
• Ability to learn new tools and software fast
• Attention to detail and fast response time
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work independently
