I’m getting my first pair and am going with the gritty Jackson. I keep reading conflicting information about sizing. My waist size is a 33 in all other pants. Should I get my normal size or size up or down?

This is a true story my mom told me that creeps me out to this day. My mom grew up in a big old house in a real blue collar part of town. Her best friends lived next door and she knew someone in every house.
Anyway, she was best friends with a girl next door who was part of a big family (5 kids). The youngest kid in that family was a little girl who shared a small room upstairs (3rd floor) with her brother. One day this girl went to school and gave all of the things she treasured away to her friends. She went home and shot herself with her father’s shotgun.
20 years went by and my grandparents still lived at the same house but that family moved out, and a new family moved in. My grandparents became very close with the new owners of the home and would have them over to swim and cook out often. The new owners eventually did a home renovation. The team of guys working on the third floor kept telling the new owners it wasn’t safe for kids to be up there. My grandparents friends (the new home owners) told them they didn’t have kids and didn’t know what they were talking about. The workers kept saying a young girl kept running around laughing and playing. The guys working on their house described a girl that looked just like the young girl that took her life 20 years ago.
