3 plates ruined
cc1, persisted issue with scratched plates.
I thought it might be faulty levelling sensor, but on another hand it works fine most of the time. Which makes me feel like it might not be (?)
The latest example: yesterday I was printing few prints back to back, left one through the night. This morning I collected the print and pressed print again (with levelling) after what it scratched it again, but after restarting the print it was printing fine, as much as it can on a scratched surface.
Previous times plates were scratched when I didn’t use levelling before printing. I hoped that if I always level before printing it might be safe but I wasn’t.
I don’t know what to do. At the beginning everything was so great, no issues but then after sometime it happened and I keep spending money on new plates.
I would be grateful if someone could explain what’s happening and how to fix it.
