Hi everyone, just done my first letrozole cycle (2.5mg) and didn’t achieve ovulation. I have non insulin resistant PCOS and I do eventually ovulate CD40 onwards. They are increasing my dose to 5mg but I’m scared it’s not going to work. I know I’m getting ahead of myself, but I just worry there’s a bigger problem. Has anyone with lean PCOS had letrozole achieve ovulation? If so, what dose? Thank you 🫶
