Hi this is not an abap post

Just want opinion of you all

I have been on a project from last 1.5 years small team so we are all a bit burdened

I worked really hard means i even worked in the absence of my tech lead who was not available for some reason

The increment i got was not up to my expectation it was good means exceed expectation but still not what i wanted

When i brought this up that i worked at a level above so i expect things in return as well my project manager mentioned you are highly visible to the upper mgmt.

Do you think visibility matters in the long term?

Did i do right to discuss and bring this up or my manager sees me as flight risk as critical phase is just coming up and he once mentioned that i don't speak with energy as i used to

I said that I believe you can get the rewards I want but I still feel all this is not worth it and when juniors or developers ask equity in things they build it is always an issue

Hi has anyone worked on BAPI_EQUI_CREATE and BAPI_OBJCL_CREATE I have one FM in which both Bapis are called one after the other but when i run the program with the FM for multiple equipments it shows equipment not classified error in IE03 but no error after the classification bapi but when i run the bapi again for the same equipment it runs perfectly fine what could be the issue?

How to fix this?

Hi I have one report which processes almost 1lac+ equipment and involves multiple bapi calls which parallel processing strategy should I use also guide where to find examples or documentation
