I’ve noticed a massive problem in our ecosystem: Indian developers have incredible technical skills and product ideas, but when it comes to actually building a business, we freeze. We get stuck on the legal hurdles, financial planning, and business strategy. And worse, there are hundreds of "consultants" out there charging ₹20,000 just to draft a basic co-founder agreement.
I got fed up with it, so I spent the last few weeks building SrijanOS.
It is essentially an operating system designed specifically to help the 9-to-5 Indian employee transition into an entrepreneur.
What I built so far (MVP):
- B2B Legal Desk: You just type in your names and equity split, and it instantly generates standard Indian Co-Founder Agreements and NDAs. No lawyer needed.
- Runway Calculator: A brutally honest calculator that tells you exactly how much cash you need to save before you quit your day job.
- Google AI Mentor: I wired up a live generative AI chatbot trained specifically on Indian startup strategy so you have a 24/7 mentor.
- Skill Barter Network: A database where founders can trade skills (e.g. "I'll code your MVP if you handle my marketing") because most of us are bootstrapping with zero cash.
I just deployed the V1 to the live internet today.
