I defaulted on debt as PRC in the dev build during the civil war which makes sense. But ive been growing economically since then and now its 1953. Because of these modifiers my stability is 0% along with most orher global south countries and i cant do much of anything related to the decisions as my political power is also crushed. Is this intentional or some bug?

I started a game in 1949 as stalin. There are requirements for a lot of the economic focuses. For example to rebuild soviet agriculture i need 150 agro-complexes which is a fun mechanic but how do i see the number of these buildings which I have? Right now I’m just building them without a real plan hoping to eventually check that prerequisite.
