Quiero empezar a operar índices (como S&P 500 o NASDAQ). He visto varias plataformas que prometen condiciones muy buenas, pero la verdad no tengo claro cuáles son seguras de verdad.

Un conocido me comentó que tuvo problemas con una plataforma donde las cotizaciones se llegaban a congelar en momentos clave, y eso me hizo ser más cuidadoso antes de meter dinero.

Si alguien tiene experiencia operando índices, agradecería recomendaciones de plataformas confiables.

Últimamente me aparecen muchas plataformas nuevas de trading ofreciendo bonos, comisiones bajas y promociones para abrir cuenta, pero sinceramente no sé qué tan confiables sean a largo plazo.

Hace un tiempo probé una plataforma menos conocida porque varios en redes hablaban bien de ella y al principio todo parecía perfecto, pero después la app empezó a fallar seguido y soporte tardaba muchísimo en responder. No perdí dinero, pero la experiencia me dejó bastante desconfiado.

Por eso quería preguntarles qué prefieren ustedes: ¿usar plataformas más conocidas aunque cobren un poco más, o darle oportunidad a opciones nuevas?

La verdad me interesa más la seguridad y estabilidad que las promesas de "ganancias rápidas".
