Hey everyone!

I’m new to the whole vestax brand but found a vci-400 for a really decent price and have loved every bit of it so far.

However, I‘ve recently started to become more bothered by a ”quirk” mine’s had since purchase. It’s my channel’s C and D cue. Audio only plays through my headphones whenever I hold down the cue button for C or D. I don’t have standalone firmware. Just the most recent support software from serato. A and B work fine. There’s been minimal remapping done in serato on my end. But nothing that should break the cue buttons. Any help is greatly appreciated.
