I'm considering Ortho-k for my 14 year old but am wondering if it's the right call for her. A few questions/considerations:

1. Like many teens, she does not keep a regular schedule. She regularly does not get enough sleep on weeknights and then sleeps very late on weekends. I don't foresee this changing. Can Ortho-k work with an irregular schedule?

2. Sometimes she stays up very late -- either with friends or working on a school project. In addition to this affecting the amount of sleep she gets, will she still be able to see if she stays up crazy late working on schoolwork?

3. She often takes a while to fall asleep at night. I assume that once the lenses are in, she cannot read or look at a device, correct?
