Hi guys has anyone else received this email from TTM to verify the purchase and provide id’s I am not sure what went wrong we had two different names under both tickets

As part of our verification process for BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN BANGKOK, we have identified that your purchase does not comply with the procedures established by the event promoter. Specifically, the same ticket holder's name appears on more than one ticket within your order transaction, or across multiple transactions. Further verification is therefore required to confirm your eligibility for event entry.
If you wish to retain certain tickets) and cancel the remaining ticket (s), please specify:
• The tickets) you intend to use for event entry
• The tickets) you wish to cancel
Please also submit the following supporting documents:
• A copy of the ticket purchaser's ID card or passport
• A copy of the ticket holder's ID card or passport
• Order confirmation (if the ticket has not yet been issued) or a photo of the tickets)
Please submit the required documents between 20 June and 4 July 2026.
Once we have received and reviewed your documents, we will notify you of the verification result accordingly.

We have submitted the requested proofs but I am anxious😭😭

I need some advice regarding ticket collection for bts concert purchased through ThaiTicketMajor.
We bought 2 tickets. The ticket holder names are me and my friend’s
Here is the situation:
The ThaiTicketMajor account used for the purchase belongs to my third friend who is not attending
The “Customer Name” on the booking confirmation shows her name.
The passport used for queue verification/purchase was mine
The payment was made using my own debit card.
The cardholder name is also mine
One of the ticket holders is me
When collecting the physical tickets, I will be able to present:My passport
The original debit card used for payment
The booking confirmation
My concern is that the Customer Name on the confirmation is of the third friend, who will not be attending the concert.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation with ThaiTicketMajor? Were the passport and payment card more important, or did they require the Customer Name/account holder to be present for ticket collection?
Any experiences would be greatly appreciated.
