I delivered at 28 weeks due to HELLP. We are nearing our discharge from the nicu and I’m getting so anxious. Did anyone feel like they needed medication to help them on discharge day and transitioning to home?

I have vasovagal syncope and my nervous system has just been overwhelmed from all of this in general. I start to feel pre-syncope when I think about discharge, despite being excited about it too.

Any tips or words of advice are appreciated!
