Update!: Got the full amount back after sending them the demand letter for the start of small claims court 😂🥳
Barely there a year and I say that because we were nice enough to move all of our stuff out before the end of the month and clean. (We felt pressured because they kept asking to show it and we have 2 kids) However, we just got a fake itemized list from a “professional cleaning service company” lol.
They were fine showing the place time and time again though! How stinky and dirty could it have been? 🤔
What a joke, they’re just mad that we didn’t renew and they’re getting married this Summer. No more cash from us. 😂

They locked us out on the 12th when our lease ends on the 30th.
Changed the ADT security system and refused to meet in person. - we sent the keys back via certified mail at the end of the month.
Showing dates/times were absurd, one being a Sunday night at 10:30pm, which would have been while we were still living there.
