Every American has the right to listen to a single fart from their politicians

How else will we know how they react under pressure and they need to blow off a little steam? And I think this right should extend to felons. Even the felons get an invite to the farty. It seems silly, but I think it could contribute to developing a new common ground for trust with the American people.
