Exam in 6 weeks and I recently did UWSA1 237, NBME 9 246 and NBME 10 today and got a dam 242 😕 horrible.

My goal is to get a 250+. Is it doable or should I push test back? I am planning to thoroughly review nbme 10 but very disappointed. I heard NBME 10 is a joke and I don't know what happened. I felt good taking it.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
