Less than 2 months and it finally happened. I had the black v2 version too. Love the device just not the hinge.

Thinking of designing a small magnet holster they can sit behind the screen on the hinge and prop it up at the right angle with some magnet tape.

You could also use the tape to close it. It's not a true hinge replacement, which are sold out as well, but would essentially allow users to open and close the device just with a broken hinge.

Do you think this could work? Anyone willing to try out my design if I do it?
