Why does my box do this?
My box occasionally does this, but turning it on or off normally fixes the issue… now it’s not fixing anything… tried restarting, unplugging everything, not sure what else too try?

Not sure if there’s any answer to this, but any advice is appreciated!
I started watching “PULISIC” documentary on my V6 Plus.. I got through episode 6 of 10 just fine, but when it comes to episodes 7,8,9,10.. they don’t load. Tried going back for multiple days now.. anyone have any ideas? It’s not a new series so I’m sort of confused.. thanks in advance for any help!
