Hello po! May mga UP Manila students po ba dito na hindi naging successful yung manual appeal to a BS program (given na UPCAT passer, but from a BA program sa UPM) even if indicated na DOST scholar sa letter of intent? Kasi po parang priority ata ng OUR yung mga wala pang slot (?). I just want to know the chances realistically
