Why is it so hard to migrate to another country?

Background : I was brought into this country when I was 5 years old by American citizens. No biological family in the United States and “adopted” parents never fixed my documents before I turned 18 back in 2003. I am now almost 41 and have had DACA since 2013.

I work a normal job in insurance. Undergrad degree in HR.

I’ve tried to migrate to Canada via Express Entry. I’m not competitive enough to be “drafted” to file for visa.
I’ve considered doing my masters in Canada but they switched up the requirements so much it wouldn’t be worth depleting my savings and potentially not being able to stay in Canada and banned from United States.

Same for UK and Australia. It’s based on specific jobs and most of the time with those careers you have to have a job offer and employer that will sponsor you.

I don’t think anything will change in the USA when it comes to DACA and I don’t know how much more I can take with this DACA limbo.

What are other DACA recipients doing ? What am I missing ?
